TICKET CATEGORIES AND PROOF OF AGE ON ENTRY

Infants 4 years and under are free with an adult. Children are aged 5 -15 years. Adults are aged 16+. You may be requested ID at gate entry to validate the ticket category of the attendee at the discretion of the gate staff. ID will be required in the R18 ACC and Export Ultra Zone. Plus you will require a wristband and a corporate ticket which will be couriered to you, unless arranged otherwise with the event promoters.

EVENT TICKETS (ENTRY TO THE GROUND)

Entry to the Event Site will be granted with presentation of:

  • a valid bar-coded ticket
  • a valid bar-coded print-at-home PDF ticket; or
  • a valid bar-coded Passbook ticket (electronic ticket on mobile device)

Corporate Tickets:

Entry to the Event Site will be granted with presentation of:

  • a valid bar-coded ticket; or
  • a valid bar-coded print-at-home PDF ticket; or
  • a valid bar-coded Passbook ticket (electronic ticket on mobile device),

Plus you will require a wristband and a corporate ticket which will have been couriered to you, unless arranged otherwise with the event promoters

You must have your entry ticket to get in the gate and your wristband and corporate ticket to get into your allocated corporate area

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

  • Costume dress ups are encouraged as are Cricket and Rugby gear
  • Clothing must conform to reasonable standards of decency
  • Where a dress code is indicated on the entry ticket, that dress code shall be adhered to
  • No gang patches are permitted
  • No high-visibility vests or clothing may be worn
  • In the event of the patron wearing a costume or other “dress-up” clothing, the clothing shall not be considered obscene or offensive by event management staff

WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE VENUE?

  • Sealed water containers (unbreakable vessel) up to 1 litre or a 1-litre maximum empty drink bottle which can be refilled within the stadium at one of the water stations
  • Guide dogs or assistance animals
  • Small amounts of non-commercially produced food intended for the patron’s personal consumption
  • Soft chilly bags within 350mm high by 300mm deep by 400mm wide
  • Pushchairs and strollers are permitted in specified areas.  However, there are limited positions available and admission to these areas will be on a first come basis.
  • Personal, collapsible rain umbrellas (as long as they do not impede the view of other patrons)
  • Low deck chairs only

WHAT CAN’T I BRING INTO THE VENUE?

  • Alcohol not purchased at the stadium
  • Animals or pets, with the exception of guide dogs or assistance animals
  • Sealed drinking containers larger than 1 litre
  • Cans (including aerosol cans) glass bottles, any breakable container
  • Illicit drugs
  • Commercially produced takeaway food such as McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Subway, pizza etc.
  • Knives and dangerous weapons
  • Flares, fireworks, laser pointers
  • Skateboards, roller blades, scooters or bicycles
  • Photographic, video or audio recording equipment for any purpose other than private non-commercial purposes, which may include, without limitation, video and/or audio recorders, camera tripods, monopods or lenses with a total focal strength of greater than 200mm and commercial digital video equipment. The Event Management Staff will, at their sole discretion, determine whether or not an item is intended for personal or commercial use
  • Cameras and/or specialised photographic equipment intended for commercial use
  • Sound amplifying devices including loudhailers, air horns or similar devices
  • Hard chilly bins and picnic hampers
  • Flags, banners etc that may, at the sole discretion of the Event Management Staff, be considered too large or contain profanity or messages that could be deemed offensive
  • Any other item which the Event Management Staff (at their sole discretion) deems to be a prohibited item which may be a danger to, or inconvenience any other patron
  • Prohibited items will be confiscated

WILL THERE BE WATER AVAILABLE?

There will be free water available throughout the venue. Please make sure you stay hydrated and weather smart by bringing sunscreen, sun hats and a jacket as it may get cooler in the evening and be required.

CAN I TAKE FOOD AND DRINK WITH ME INTO HAGLEY OVAL?

Patrons are permitted to bring a home packed lunch and non-alcoholic beverages which are sealed plastic and no larger than 1 litre or a 1-litre maximum empty drink bottle which can be refilled within the stadium at one of the water stations. These must fit into a soft bag no larger than 350 mm high by 300mm deep x 400mm wide. No commercially bought food (e.g. McDonalds, KFC, Burger King etc) may be brought into the venue, but you are welcome to bring small amounts of non-commercially produced food for personal consumption.

WHAT TIME DO THE BARS OPEN?

Hagley Oval retail and corporate hospitality bars will open at 5pm, along with the gates opening.

CAN I SMOKE OR VAPE?

Smoking Policy: The venue operates with a strict No Smoking or vaping policy and you must comply with any such policy.

WILL I BE ALLOWED IN IF I HAVE BEEN DRINKING PRIOR TO ARRIVAL?

There will be zero tolerance for intoxication. Those who arrive at the gates intoxicated will be refused entry into the event, and patrons who become intoxicated, will be told to leave the venue.

AM I ABLE TO GO IN AND OUT OF THE EVENT DURING THE GAME?

You are permitted to leave the event. Pass-outs are available on exit but you must have this pass-out and ticket/s purchased in order to return.

MUST I BRING MY TICKET TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE EVENT?

All ticket holders must present their physical ticket to gain entry to the event. Please remember No Ticket, No Entry!

IS THE EVENT ALLOCATED SEATING?

General Admission tickets give you access to sit anywhere around the ground, except the corporate areas – The Pavilion, Sideline Tables or the Corporate Marquee areas. The Family Zero Alcohol GA ticket gives you access to this Zero alcohol area as well as the rest of the GA areas. The ACC Export Ultra Zone is a dedicated R18 area that must have a ticket purchased in this zone.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY TICKETS?

No refunds, however you can give your ticket to someone else if you decide not to attend. Please note if you hold a child’s ticket an adult cannot use this ticket.

WILL THERE BE DOOR SALES?

If tickets are still available they can be purchased via the box office (from gates opening).
